  • • Recognition as PLATINUM sponsor on all printed promotional materials.
    • Maximum visibility as the PLATINUM presenting sponsor across ALL platforms.
    • Designated booth space with a prime location in the vendor area.
    • Live stage recognition before each performance at Festival Americas.
    • Two direct marketing opportunities (booth, speaking opportunity, product sampling, promotional material distribution, etc.) during the event.

    • Media placement and coordinated interviews during the fair’s promotional period.

1. New Member Vendor (Free)

Become a Tulsa Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce member and receive a vendor booth for this event. This offer is available only to new 2025 members. After becoming a member, you will receive a special code to register for your free vendor booth. This offer includes a one-year membership to the TAHCC.

Conviértase en miembro de la Cámara de Comercio Hispana del Área de Tulsa y reciba un puesto para este evento. Esta oferta está disponible solo para nuevos miembros de 2025. Después de convertirse en miembro, recibirá un código especial para registrarse en su puesto gratuito. Esta oferta incluye una membresía de un año a la TAHCC.

2. Member Vendor Only ($50)

This ticket is exclusively for current members and grants you a special discounted rate for your vendor space. 

Este boleto es exclusivo para miembros actuales y le otorga una tarifa con descuento especial para su espacio de proveedor.

3. General Vendor ($70)

This ticket grants you a booth space (10x10) to showcase and sell your products/services. Must bring table, chairs, and tent (optional).  Does not include food truck space.

Este boleto le otorga un espacio en un stand (10x10) para exhibir y vender sus productos/servicios. Debe traer mesa, sillas y carpa (opcional). No incluye espacio para food truck.

4. Food Truck Vendor ($100)

This ticket secures your designated food truck space at the event Space will not be reserved until payment is received. All food truck vendors must meet all City licensing and compliance with the Department of Health & Sanitation.

Este boleto asegura su espacio designado para el camión de comida en el evento. No se reservará espacio hasta que se reciba el pago. Todos los vendedores de camiones de comida deben cumplir con todas las licencias de la ciudad y con el Departamento de Salud y Saneamiento.
