Why join the chamber?

Joining the Tulsa Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (TAHCC) is a gateway to growth, connection, and empowerment opportunities. TAHCC is a community where Hispanic/Latinx business owners, entrepreneurs, and companies interested in engaging with the fast-growing Hispanic community find support, share their interests, and raise together.

As a member, you’ll gain access to tailored training programs, business resources, opportunities to promote your company, and a platform for advocacy for small business owners and entrepreneurs.

Whether you’re starting or scaling up, TAHCC is your partner in carving out a prosperous path in Tulsa’s economic landscape.

Gain a voice in government

Chambers of Commerce advocate for policies,  regulations, taxes, fees, assessments and costs that benefit businesses and help them grow. They also help protect the principle of free enterprise and support businesses in being treated fairly.

Increase your visibility in the community

New Chamber members are listed in the Chamber's e-newsletter and social media. Members have the opportunity to be highlighted in other Chamber publications and events. Members can grow their business by sponsoring the Chamber's exclusive events and advertising on the Chamber's social media platforms and publication.

Membership brings credibility to your business

Chamber members can increase positive perception among consumers, fellow business owners, and corporations they want to do deals with when they are identified as members a of a Chamber of Commerce. Chamber members are generally perceived as more trustworthy and solid than non-members.

Promotion and publicity

With a Chamber membership, businesses can reach potential clients through the Chamber's well-attended events, member exclusive advertising, and business-to-business and business-to-consumer publicity.

Create networking opportunities

The Chamber has committees and serving on one of them provides networking opportunities and professional leadership development. Members can build their businesses and resumes while  engaging in projects and initiatives that appeal to their interests and benefit the community.

Chamber events and programs

Chamber events and programs provide members with great opportunities to learn, grow professionally, get to know new people and expand their prospect base. Chamber events are innovative and fun ways to help members meet potential new customers and clients.

Make business contacts

The Chamber’s fundamental mission is to generate more business activity for its members. The Chamber initiates more business-to-business commerce collaborations, opportunities for accessing resources, and connections between business owners and corporations than is available through most other local organizations.

Access to members-only discounts and services

Chamber members receive preferential discounts on tickets and registrations to the fun and unique events held by the Chamber. We also try to negotiate special discounts to benefit Chamber members and reduce the cost of doing business.

Acquire customer referrals

Every day, your Chamber receives calls from individuals and businesses looking for potential vendors, and Chamber employees typically recommend Chamber members. The member directory, available on this site to anyone, advertises your business to the world.

Receive chamber newsletters

Newsletters provide valuable information about resources, timely alerts about business opportunities,  and news about upcoming events. We send one or two newsletter per month, depending upon what is going on in the business community.

If you still don’t think you have time to join and participate in your local chamber of commerce, consider the following:
